Publication terms
By sending your work to us, you understand and agree that we will publish your work on Architecture News Plus and/or on any other websites owned in part or whole by us, at our discretion.
Sending in your work does not guarantee the publication of your work. Our editorial department selects projects for publication based on relevance, completeness and currentness of the information you provide.
Copyright terms
By sending in your work for publication, you guarantee that you are the owner of all the information that you provide, or possess the relevant copyrights/permissions for the same, and that you grant us permission to modify/edit and publish the information at our discretion.
Upon publication all the copyrights remain with you, or the owner of the information on whose behalf you have sent us the information.
Wherever possible, relevant credit and copyright information, will be duly provided by us along with the published material.
Website usage terms
You expressly understand and agree that your use of ANP is at your sole risk and that the services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'.
In particular, ANP does not represent or warrant to you that:
(a) Your use of the services will meet your requirements.
(b) Your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error.
(c) Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the services will be accurate or reliable.
Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with ANP, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that ANP has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which ANP may suffer) of any such breach.
Changes in terms
ANP will, from time to time modify, update or change these terms at its own discretion. These changes will be reflected in this document at its current location. It is your responsibility to frequently visit this document at this location and be informed of the updated terms.
