Brief description

TERNULLOMELO ARCHITECTS is a Lisbon-based European architectural practice founded in 2006 by Chiara Ternullo and Pedro Teixeira de Melo. Following a long term collaboration, the studio has since then been not only involved in several competitions, but have also worked on small and medium scale projects for public and private clients, mostly in Italy and Portugal. Recently the studio has been awarded the first prize (with paratelier) in both the Marceddi and Santa Caterina dei Pittinuri, Costeras international architecture competitions, promoted by the Sardinian Regional Government, italy and the third prize (with paratelier) on the International ideas competition for the spatial reconfiguration of the Cathedral of Ischia's Aragonese Castle also in italy.
