Brief description
Amelie Fontaine is French and Bruno Vanhaesebrouck is Belgian, both architects and urbanists. They worked together in different professional and academic contexts. They met each other during their postgraduate studies in urbanism in Paris, where they collaborated on different design and research projects. They worked on territorial projects related to mobility, landscape and human settlements in European and Asian context (China - India).
Both obtained professional experience in architecture, urbanism and landscape design as project managers in architecture agencies in Paris. They participated in various international competitions. In January 2010, they won the EUROPAN 10 competition with the MACRO-MICRO project on the site of Guben in Germany and decided to continue their professional collaboration.
