Brief description

The relative new awareness about the fact, that our resources are limited, brought a new vision, a new concept how the human kind shall develop. For us it is a concept which realises the narrowness of resources and therefore is based on the limitless resources of sun. We believe that within this concept a true richness for everybody is achievable. A richness, which is not in accordance with the greed of the individual, but offers sufficient for everybody with regard to culture, social welfare and living quality.

In this sense we develop our urbanistic concepts and our architecture - an architecture, which accounts for a new richness. Our buildings shall coincide with ecology and offer eminently high living quality. According to this change of paradigm in the view of the world, we create new architecture. We call this architecture ‘Solar Architecture’. This architecture stands for an attitude in which we leave the surrounding of our project operation without abrasive destruction and create with our buildings a certain wealth in the form of an architecture which offers rooms with generous space and light.

Superficial ‘form design’ is not our aim. Rather it is the question: which architecture would be in accordance with following aims:

To build houses which unburden the environment through the building itself (for instant CO2-disposal, enrichment for flora and fauna etc.)
Building equipments which produce more energy as is consumed.
The use of materials, which advances the health of the inhabitants and enables harmony and which are completely recyclable.
