Brief description

Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture is an award winning architecture firm based in Göteborg, Sweden. We work with architecture in its broadest meaning ranging from furniture to city planning, from theory to practice.

People: It all began with people’s strive for a better living. It’s in the encounters with people Kjellgren Kaminsky’s creative process takes it start. That’s why Kjellgren Kaminsky always put people and their specific needs in focus when we work. Because architecture exists for people and not the other way around.

Needs: All projects start with a need for change. Kjellgren Kaminsky find solutions for these needs, the known and the ones that are discovered during the process. Functional, rational and emotional needs. Kjellgren Kaminsky take these needs into account to create a link between people and architecture. Architecture that satisfy the needs of people.

Context: We all share the need to recognize ourselves in the context in which we live. Kjellgren Kaminsky collects inspiration from the unique history and soul of each new environment. These two ingredients create together with people’s specific needs, the context that finally is formed into a finished building.
