Brief description

Formed by the Swedish/German architect Jonas Labbé and the Dutch architect Johannes Schotanus in 2007, LASC studio is based in Copenhagen. LASC studio has in short time established itself as a young, internationally oriented practice. The practice is ranked #15 in Monocle’s 2009 round-up of the ‘50 things to improve your life’.

LASC studio’s main focus is to provide an architectural approach that combines well-crafted buildings with a healthy dose of playfulness. Regardless if large or small commissions, public or private, the team has an open and undogmatic design approach in the challenge to find solutions that connect the tangible with the immaterial.
