Brief description

The firm was started in mid - 2003 with the express intention of Bridging the Divide that exists between people’s perception of their personal spaces & the stark reality of the buildings coming up in our urban jungles.

A human mind is extremely sensitive to the surroundings & this has a deep impact on us. Our surroundings, the people, the traffic, career objectives, etc., has a direct bearing on our sense of well-being. We cannot do anything about the traffic but we can create a meaningful interface between you & your surrounding i.e. the house in a qualitative manner that enhances positive energies in terms of form, function, climate control, etc.

A small team of dedicated professionals committed to ‘new thought processes’ think & operate in a way to produce living spaces that tends to make the human mind question the ‘regular’ & ‘established’ way of ‘doing things’. Questioning ourselves at every stage of design helps in achieving new levels of design competence.

Working closely with the clients & involving them in the initial design process helps us to better understand their needs & is in turn reciprocated by the clients who feel comfortable & provide a free hand in design exploration.

Backed by a strong external team of consultants from the structural, electrical, plumbing & HVAC discipline allows us to transform the original design concepts to reality with minimal changes.

Our design studio located in a recessed place but still in the centre of Bangalore affords us a quiet ambience. Spread over 1500 sft in split levels, the office comprises of the design studio, model making section, 3D visualization section, etc. As we do not impose strict deadlines on the design aspect of a building, the team is given full freedom to design & gain ‘inspiration’. Our core design team comprises of 5 members proficient in the field of architecture, construction & 3D visualization.

Our office is more inclined towards design of individual residences, however, at the same time, we are not limited to only residences but are also involved in design of low-rise apartment complexes, commercial office spaces & the retail sector.
