Brief description

More than a decade of work means a reasonable space of time to look back and make a professional introspection. It is only now when the mature personality features of Agraz Arquitectos can be decanted in words or in premises. This is how it is no longer bold to speak about purity in the architectural language of the firm, or to say that placing the dweller above any material object has become a clear constant for us, and also that our eternal search is that of a well known unreachable perfection.

In Agraz Arquitectos every project begins by the understanding of its site, cultural and emotional preferences of the client, as well as the historical moment in which it is, in the awareness of the fact that the most local it aims to be, the more universal it will become. In addition to this, erasing the frontier between exterior and interior architecture is another clear sign in our work, pursued in making the outside as kind as the inside, and making this inside a place where aesthetics stand out in all possible means.

This is the reason why the presence of artists is becoming more often in our projects, fading the limits between one discipline and another, making architecture a container of complete beauty.

Conscious of time and reality, Agraz Arquitectos looks carefully after its work regarding its natural environment. Hence placing the automobile beneath the dweller and solar trajectories as design conditions are permanent features.

In this position, the material palette responds only to those that are capable of satisfactorily pass through time regarding comfortable temperatures and longevity, whereas architectonic language adheres to respectful colors and textures of the context, giving as a result constructions that age properly and gracefully.

A patio or skylight are sometimes the firm’s signature, elements that most of the time go unnoticed and that at the end of the day turn into the statement of the house.

But it is the sum of all this added to the permanent study and thoughtfulness of architecture what gives Agraz Arquitectos a proof of being a binomial of design and aesthetics, efficiency and functionality, having the client as priority at all times.
