Strategy:

Architecture needs passion and expert knowledge but also strategy. To us, architecture is more than just a service. We want the way in which the building commission is implemented to also reflect the client’s approach to life. What’s important is to find a suitable strategy that can support the diversity of the future users but that won’t impose constrictions upon them. This vigorous strategy should make diversity possible rather than imposing uniformity. and

Development:

Architecture needs development and we are your partners in achieving this goal. Together with you, we develop your project from the first idea to the turnkey handover. And to ensure that your custom-made solution will be realised to your satisfaction we take over on your behalf the concept, planning, contacts with the authorities, cost estimates, and cost controls as well as monitoring the construction process. In larger projects we can draw on our experience with partner offices that assist us in developing projects.

Architecture needs development. Therefore we search for contemporary solutions that provide answers to the current questions of life.

Architecture needs development. This can happen only through collaboration between client and designer. And it is important that the ‘chemistry’ is right, if this is the case the project will succeed.
