Brief description

Atelier st was founded in 2004 in Leipzig, Germany by the partners Silvia Schellenberg-Thaut and Sebastian Thaut. We work with a staff of 5-6 employees who are committed to all the phases of architectural and interior design processes.

For us buildings and rooms are in the best case sensually developed, experienceable bodies, with specific characteristic. In the search and research afterwards the sense of the architecture lies for us. Our buildings are stamped by clear, expressive forms.

Beside time-spiritual components our architecture provide above all durability and integrity. Because of custom-made solutions the living space of its users specifically improved. Besides, it is to be demanded our aim about useful and suitable out to develop an architecture of something beauty and unique.

Always we search for explicit answers to the suitable challenge, to find the needs of the user and the respective place.
