Oppenheim Architecture + Design (OAD) is a full service architecture, interior design and planning firm with offices in Miami, New York and Basel. Founded by Chad Oppenheim, OAD specializes in creating powerful and pragmatic solutions and has world-wide experience in hospitality, office, high-rise and single family residential, retail and mixed-use design as well as the complete masterplanning and design of new cities.

Our design strategy is to extract the contextual essence from the program – creating an experience that is dramatic and powerful, yet pragmatic and constructable. In the last nine years OAD has accumulated over $100 billion in project work and has won over 40 design awards and honors for its unique design sensibility and ability to pioneer innovative concepts, optimize challenging sites and revitalize urban areas.

Projects designed by the firm cover a broad spectrum of programmatic requirements, budgets and building types. This award-winning work is based on both a physical and spiritual contextual sensitivity, supported by evocative and economic design solutions. The firm’s pragmatic yet poetic architectural solutions in unproven and undeveloped areas have served to revitalize many neighborhoods around the world.
