Designer's statement

Location

Located at the center of Jakarta, this project was part of the 100 hectares master plan of "Savron Eco Park Village", comprising of residential and mixed-use areas. The design lot was adjacent to the commercial district area, and programmed to become high end low-rise and mid-rise or high-rise residential.

Master Plan

The program required an executive club house which will act as the ‘heart’ of the residential area. The club house will serve as the main arrival hall, sport and leisure facility and also a central service distribution to the whole Savron complex.

With that in mind, the club house was placed at the ‘heart’ or center of the complex in conjunction with curvilinear main entrance axis, which will connect to the future main urban node within the commercial district.

Architecture

The layout of club house was designed to have a multi-entry point from the street and park level.

The double height atrium space was put in the center of the building as a starting point to different activities, which dispersed in the street and park level.

The third floor will use as a multi function glass room, which will have an undulating glass roof, taken form of the natural mountainous landscape.
