Designer's statement

A house for a couple in their 60s, who did not need a large family house as there were no children.

Connecting the small living room (enough for 2 people) with the outside open space enabled the couple to experience the changes in season and bring in abundant greenery along with an airy feel to the house.

The play of natural light adds a bright and lively feel to the interior spaces of the house.

Additionally the house is also designed to be sensitive to the physically challenged.
