Designer's statement

The intervention of this new building rises in the area of an ancient furnace.

The project is composed of 34 patio houses in bearing masonry, with one level only, in the middle of a green area with private gardens and roof gardens located on top, enriched by characteristic elements in wood: pergolas and porticos that are an extension of the living rooms, an external expansion of the residences.

Simplicity, sobriety and homogeneity are the criteria pursued by the urban and project planning, first achieved through the choice of building materials strictly linked to the characteristics of the surrounding landscape.
