Designer's statement

The project regards the realization of a residential estate in an area of Faenza characterized at present by wide cultivated lands and by the presence of a natural landscape crossed by a river and three trails. The intervention has the purpose to enhance the peculiarities of this area through the construction of buildings surrounded by nature, served by walking paths that connect the residences to the parking areas, to the nearby streets and to the public park that will be realized close to the residential centre.
