Designer's statement

This project has been developed in two levels, recreating a vile with small buildings and creating a controlled urban experience.

The idea of this proposal is to create a special and fully equipped meeting point as well as a place to interact in a small scale.

That's how the scheme is based on three articulating elements:

The main circular square, which is the most important space and thought as a big attraction. It is playful and its use is associated with entertainment.
The central axis, symbolic element that will become the icon of the mall.
The new technology applied to create a day-night experience by the use of LEDs, landscaping and façade treatments.
