Designer's statement

Requalification of an area located in the suburban town. The client wanted to change this area from an office use to six independent houses.

The site is characterized by the presence of two riversides. The project involves the construction of six housing units along a central axis which contains the internal courtyards that serve as private outdoor space. The colors are shades of grey and white. Chromatically emerge only the entrances to housing. The units are on two levels plus a attic and will be equipped with geothermal power plant for the treatment of internal heat.
