Designer's statement
The Kayu Kayu Gallery has been built in 2000 in Bali. The project puts in evidence the works exhibited through perspective points, searching for space. The complex articulation of floors and geometric volumes slopes upwards from the ground floor to the first one through the staircase. The geometric shapes as realized talk with the soft shapes of the traditional Balinese sculptures inside the showroom.
