Designer's statement

The design of this building is part of the testing rooms of a type of settlement pattern in residential buildings. The idea behind the project is the search for a development distribution that can return to the inhabitants of the highest degree of privacy allowed by a residential unit.

The building has been physically split into three different units, where the impression is "to live in a house isolated". The units — separated from each other and no walls in common — they are recomposed by the landing of access into a single architecture, a sort of architectural structure, articulated and overlooking location.

The statements are in fact always different and the attitude to the building both for the composition of empty and full, where you can see the strong differentiation of the day areas — very open to the outside through large glass, arcades, balconies and bay windows — and sleeping areas much more intimate.
