Designer's statement

The intention of the investor was to create an upscale residential building which recalled old European-style residential low-rises with rich details and a classic aesthetic. The stylistic idea behind the project, being in line with the wishes of the investor but also resulting from spatial and formal/legal circumstances, is a unique compromise between modernity and history. The building has a heterogeneous and willfully contrasting appearance, which serves to make it more interesting and to vary the scale.
