Designer's statement

Understanding the building and reshaping the way it works to fit our modern requirements has been challenging and rewarding. Simple and effective solutions to lighting and way finding with considered use of design detail help to bring together the different parts of the building and improve the integrated experience.

Distinctive, the building main entrance uses a single architectural element to connect the exterior canopy with the entrance foyer. Forms and lines are sympathetic to the architectural heritage of the existent building and combine with interior color to create a seamless transition from outside to inside.

Interior spaces are bright with good natural light. An important part of the business environment, common areas are key to efficiency of a building while providing staff and visitors with a sense of place. A lift lobby with six fast elevators gives access to the levels. A flexible and efficient floor plan provides opportunities for different configurations.
