Designer's statement

Health starts from within — when you feel healthy and happy, you also get a better feeling, bodily as well as mentally. The health enterprise PreviaSundhed strives to create healthy working environments with happy employees, and facilitates in cooperation with the different organisations and enterprises the creation of better working environment and greater health for the individual

Now, PreviaSundhed has picked up the gauntlet to create a healthy and stimulating working environment for their own employees. In that connection, Rosan Bosch has created an interior design for PreviaSundhed’s new offices in Copenhagen and has created a working environment where the physical design is an important tool for health and well-being in the everyday at the office.

The design for PreviaSundhed’s new offices is light and open while distinctive graphic prints and lively colours create a special feeling and identity in the friendly and accommodating space. Now, lunch is served in an organic forest in the bright canteen area with adjoining kitchen, and in the common area with fixed and flexible working spaces, an organic table sets the setting for informal meetings and social interaction, knowledge sharing and cross-disciplinary work. Moreover, the offices hold three closed meeting rooms, a room for treatment and a distinct meeting room where a specially designed meeting table gives the room a distinct characteristic and special atmosphere.

Apart from creating an accommodating and stimulating working environment, the design also sets the tone for PreviaSundhed’s visual identity — internally as well as externally. Through the physical design and the graphic print elements, a coherent identity is created between PreviaSundhed’s external rooms for treatment and PrevaSundhed’s own offices. In that way, the design is both a means of development as well as a marker of identity for the enterprise, just as it creates coherence between the enterprise’s different activities across physical locations.
