Designer's statement

This unique site is 4.2m wide by 30m long from the north to the south in a high dense city in Himeji, Japan. So, this has each two façade. We needed to consider not only the openness of the space but also the owner’s privacy.

The characteristic point of this house is that the façade of the north has no window but the one of the south have big sliding doors. This is the ones of the answers for living in dense surroundings with privacy and openness.
